Dodgers officially place Clayton Kershaw on DL, set 25-man roster

SAN DIEGO -- The Dodgers officially placed Clayton Kershaw on the disabled list as they set their 25-man roster for the restart of their regular season on Sunday.

With Kershaw on the 15-day disabled list, the Dodgers were able to create a place in the bullpen for second-year right-hander Chris Withrow.

Withrow will be part of what is currently a nine-man bullpen.
