Dodgers playoff tickets to go on sale Friday

With the Dodgers on the verge of clinching the National League West championship, the team said it would put playoff tickets on sale Friday.

The prices for individual game tickets range from $30 to $160 for the division series, $65 to $190 for the National League Championship Series and $210 to $350 for the World Series. Season-ticket holders receive a discounted price.

The Dodgers will sell tickets for division series and potential league championship series games on Friday, with tickets for potential World Series games available at a later date, team spokesman Steve Brener said.

Major League Baseball does not mandate ticket prices for postseason play. The Oakland Athletics priced their division series tickets from $24 to $98 as of Wednesday, The A’s prices are subject to change based on market demand.
