If the NHL ever ends its lockout, the Washington Capitals have to like what they're seeing from goaltender Braden Holtby.
Holtby, one of the Capitals' top prospects, made 35 saves Wednesday night as homestanding Hershey shut out Norfolk 4-0 before 10,936 fans, dropping the Admirals to 11-13-1-0 in the AHL.
The Admirals outshot the Bears 35-27, including 25-14 in the first two periods, but couldn't solve Holtby, who was voted the game's No. 1 star.
Mattias Sjogren, No. 2 star Ryan Potulny, Tomas Kundratek and No. 3 star Boyd Kane scored, the latter two on power plays, against Igor Bobkov.
