There's no doubt who has been the most valuable player for the USA 15U team at the World Cup in Mexico.

Brice Turang, an infielder who will be a freshman at Corona Santiago in the fall, entered Thursday's game against Venezuela batting .545 in six games. Then he went four for four in a 6-2 victory. He's batting .615.

USA is 7-0 and continues on a path toward the gold medal game on Sunday as the only unbeaten team in the tournament. USA plays Chinese Taipei on Friday.
