Boys’ basketball: Chino Hills to face Bishop Montgomery in Fairfax State Preview Classic
The matchups have been finalized for the one-day Fairfax State Preview Classic at Cerritos College on Saturday, Jan. 30, and the featured game will have defending Southern Section Open Division champion Bishop Montgomery taking on Chino Hills and the Ball brothers at 7 p.m.
Another intriguing game has host Fairfax playing Windward at 5 p.m.
The schedule: El Segundo vs. Rolling Hills Prep, 9:30 a.m.; Calabasas vs. Brentwood, 11 a.m.; Loyola vs. Durango, 12:30 p.m. Gardena Serra vs. Santa Monica, 2 p.m.; Army-Navy vs. Orange Lutheran, 3:30 p.m.; Fairfax vs. Windward, 5 p.m.; Chino Hills vs. Bishop Montgomery, 7 p.m.; Maranatha vs. Sierra Canyon, 8:30 p.m.
Admission is $13.
