Boys' soccer: Kayvon Parsa scores in overtime to send ECR into Division I final

Kayvon Parsa came through once again for City Section Division I champion El Camino Real, scoring in overtime to give the Conquistadores a 1-0 win over Torrey Pines on Thursday and send the Conquistadores into Saturday's Division I championship game of the Southern California soccer regionals. The Conquistadores will host Chula Vista.

In Division III, Cathedral came away with a 5-0 victory over Monrovia and will face Canoga Park, a 4-0 winner over Cathedral Catholic, in Saturday's final. Max Valdivia scored two goals and Elmer Guerra, Danuel Huizar and Jose Cano added goals for Cathedral, which recorded its 21st shutout of the seaosn. Carlos Lemus scored two goals for Canoga Park.

In Division II, Servite advanced to the final with a 4-0 win over South Bakersfield. Michael Godinez had two goals. Servite will play Sylmar, a 2-0 win over La Costa Canyon.
