Football: Former Loyola kicker Conrad Ukropina delivers for Stanford
Conrad Ukropina always loved pressure kicks during his days at Loyola High and nothing has changed at Stanford.
It was Ukropina’s 45-yard field goal on Saturday night as time expired that lifted Stanford to a 38-36 victory over Notre Dame.
“It was awesome,” he said afterward.
