Gardena Serra Coach Scott Altenberg better have his team ready for a top performance on Saturday night at Oceanside High, because the Cavaliers' opponents is no ordinary team.

Bellevue High is coming from Washington with a 54-game winning streak. It's the same program that ended De La Salle's 151-game winning streak.

The game will be played as part of the Honor Bowl and televised live by Time Warner Cable at 7:30 p.m.

Other games on Saturday at Oceanside include Orange Lutheran vs. Corona Centennial at noon and Cathedral Catholic vs. Oaks Christian at 4 p.m. On Friday, Mission Viejo will play Oceanside at 8 p m.

In his first game at quarterback last week, Caleb Wilson of Serra completed eight of 13 passes for 156 yards in a win over Lakewood. He shared time with Khalil Tate, who rushed for 92 yards.

Altenberg intends to use both quarterbacks.

"Both offer different things," he said. "It depends on what we need. I can't determine who's better."
