Football: Improved line gives Lincoln hope for improved play

Share

A stronger offensive and defensive line has Lincoln Coach Albert Carrillo feeling hopeful his team can make progress this season.

The Tigers will have one of the most exciting players in the City Section in 5-foot-5 Brandon Oroxon, who caught 54 passes for 1,028 yards and nine touchdowns as a junior.

“You get him the ball and he’s so fast he’s untouchable,” Carrillo said.

Albert Buenrostro is taking over at quarterback and has shown promise in passing competitions.
