Football: Mater Dei-St. John Bosco attracted highest TV rating of the season

Last week’s Mater Dei-St. John Bosco football game on Fox Sports West attracted the highest TV rating of the season for a prep game on Fox Sports West/Prime Ticket, according to a spokeswoman for the channel.

It was a 24% improvement over a 2014 game between the two schools and a 127% improvement compared to the current season average on Fox Sports West/Prime Ticket.

Mater Dei, 8-0 and ranked No. 1 in Southern California, won the game, 26-21.
