Loyola wins eighth Commissioner’s Cup as top boys’ program; Santa Margarita wins for girls
The beat goes on for Loyola High, the top overall sports program in the Southern Section once again.
The Cubs won their eighth Commissioner’s Cup, accumulating 25 points for championships in soccer, golf, swimming and volleyball.
Great Oak finished second with 15 points.
In girls, Santa Margarita won the Commissioner’s Cup with 17 points. The Eagles won championships in soccer, swimming and track. It was their fifth Cup title. Mira Costa finished second.
