Wednesday is early national signing day for all sports but football, soccer and men’s water polo.

It means lots of baseball and softball players, some of whom have been committed for months, if not more than a year, will finally get to make it official.

Jagger Rusconi, a West Ranch standout who has been committed to USC since soon after his freshman year, will finally sign on Wednesday.
