THURMONT, Md. — Tiffany Bowman had a double-double with 20 points and 15 rebounds and Boonsboro went on a 15-3 run in the fourth quarter to beat Catoctin in the MVAL Antietam.
Kristen Davis had 13 points and four rebounds, Shannon O’Brien had seven rebounds and three steals and Claudia Jenkins had eight points, eight rebounds, five assists and four steals for the Warriors (5-3, 3-1).

HANCOCK — Tanner Faith’s defense led to early transition baskets to help Hancock build an early lead to turn back Paw Paw.
Faith, who finished with six steals, pressured the Pirates (1-6) into mistakes as the Panthers (2-5) took an early 10-0. Hancock led 20-1 at the end of the first quarter and 44-20 at the half.
Tanner Manning led Hancock with 13 points, including two of his three 3s in the first half. Tyler Anderson had six rebounds.
River Weese led Paw Paw with 16 pints while Josh Newlon added 13.
