Originally selected by the Atlanta Falcons in the fifth-round (163rd overall) of the 2005 NFL Draft, Omiyale played two seasons in Atlanta, two in Carolina (2007-08) and three seasons in Chicago (2009-11), starting 32 of 59 career games played. He has seen his most action the last three years, playing in every game with 31 starts. He re-unites with Tom Cable, who was Atlanta's offensive line coach in 2006.The Seahawks have also received signed contracts from quarterback Matt Flynn, defensive end Jason Jones and fullback Michael Robinson, all who agreed to terms last week.
