LOS ANGELES - A former Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher is suing the man who worked as his catcher over a $460,000 loan, according to TMZ.

Chan Ho Park, who now pitches for the Philadelphia Phillies, filed a suit in Los Angeles alleging that catcher Chad Kreuter failed to pay back part of the loan, which was made in 2005.

The suit claims that Kreuter made one payment of $290,000 but still owes the remaining $170,000 plus interest (totalling $226,358.76), according to TMZ.

Park states in the claim that Kreuter told him he "would have no difficulty paying [Park] back."
