Buffalo's defense held Kansas City scoreless in the first half, leading the Chiefs 21-0 at the break. Just before halftime Kansas City had a chance to score but Peyton Hillis fumbled on the one yard line and the Bills recovered.

Kansas City is now 0-2 on the season and will travel to play New Orleans next week.
