Jonathan Broxton blows a save against the Pittsburgh Pirates. The Dodgers havent had trouble beating the likes of division rivals Colorado and San Francisco when they had to. Beating baseballs minions has been another matter. The Dodgers dropped a game in Washington last week and almost dropped a second. They lost the opening game of a four-game series in Pittsburgh on Friday. They had a chance to clinch the National League West title on Sunday, only for Broxton to blow a three-run lead in what turned out to be a walk-off loss to the dreadful Pirates.
