11. Kobe Bryant vs. Indiana Pacers, Game 4 NBA Finals, June 14, 2000.( Los Angeles Times )
The setting: With the Lakers leading, 118-117, in overtime, Bryant scored on an over-the-head two-handed follow of a Brian Shaw miss with 5.9 seconds left.
The significance: The LakersÂ’ 120-118 victory at Conseco Fieldhouse moved them to within a victory of the NBA title. Bryant, picking up the slack after Shaquille OÂ’Neal fouled out in overtime, made all four of his shots in the extra five minutes. The Lakers won the series in six games. |
