Oregon kept up with Arizona and led late in the second half, but stumbled down the stretch.
Joseph Young and Jason Calliste had 14 points each for the Ducks, who missed key free throws in the closing seconds.
The Huskies' Desmond Simmons made a layup to make it 67-63 with 1 minute 56 seconds left. But Taylor drilled a three-pointer and Princeton Onwas scored a clinching layup.
