The Sparks enter the matchup on a two-game winning streak, including a victory at Tulsa against the Shock that pushed the Sparks into fourth place in the Western Conference. Chicago, sitting in third in the Eastern Conference, is coming off a win over the New York Liberty on Friday. Sparks forward Nneka Ogwumike was named Western Conference player of the week after averaging 21 points and nine rebounds in the team’s two recent wins. Forward-center Nikki Greene, who sat out against Tulsa with a broken nose, is a game-time decision, and guard Candice Wiggins continues to sit out as she recovers from knee surgery.
