After a steal by forward Nneka Ogwumike, guard Kristi Toliver made a game-winning three-point shot, her only basket of the game, with 9.6 seconds left. The Sparks have beaten Tulsa in their last two matchups, including by 10 points June 19. The Shock, led by guards Skylar Diggins and Odyssey Sims, has lost its last two games and is in fifth place in the Western Conference.
