When UCLA plays USC Saturday, the Bruins will certainly be aware of receiver Nelson Agholor.

The standout receiver has 82 receptions for 1,079 yards and 10 touchdowns this season.

Bruins’ defensive back Ishmael Adams compared him to former USC receiver Marqise Lee, now with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Adams’ scouting report was brief.

“Fast … fast … fast,” Adams said when asked about Agholor.

Agholor, though, is not a solo act. The Trojans can also throw Juju Smith, George Farmer and Darreus Rogers at the Bruins. UCLA even has to be concerned about Adoree’ Jackson, who plays defensive back and receiver.

“They got a crew,” UCLA defensive back coach Demetrice Martin said. “That’s typical of a [Coach Steve] Sarkisian offense. He’s going to have a lot of weapons and a quarterback who can get the ball to them.”

But, Martin said, “it’s the same old thing in the Pac-12 every week. We see a ton of good receivers.”

Cornerback Fabien Moreau said the focus was less on USC this week.

“We’re worried about ourselves and doing our technique,” Moreau said.
