The injured, flagging Lakers have been pulled for yet another nationally televised game.
On Thursday, the NBA announced the Lakers' visit to Chicago on Jan. 20, to play the Derrick Rose-less Bulls, will no longer be aired on TNT.
Instead, Dwight Howard and the Houston Rockets, hosting the Portland Trail Blazers, will be broadcast nationally.
The Lakers have been decimated by injury. Kobe Bryant (knee), Steve Nash (back), Steve Blake (elbow) and Jordan Farmar (hamstring) probably won't be back in time for the Bulls.
Xavier Henry (knee) will be reevaluated next week and could be the first to return.
The Lakers' visit to the Rockets on Jan. 8 was recently yanked from the ESPN broadcast.
Successive injuries, primarily at the point guard position, have led to six straight losses and a 13-19 overall record.
