Davis was part of a nearly complete overhaul of the organization, which shed Hall of Famer <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PESPT000448" title="Elgin Baylor" href="/topic/sports/basketball/elgin-baylor-PESPT000448.topic">Elgin Baylor</a> as general manager and brought in 10 new players, including <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PESPT001063" title="Marcus Camby" href="/topic/sports/marcus-camby-PESPT001063.topic">Marcus Camby</a>, Ricky Davis, <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PESPT006045" title="Zach Randolph" href="/topic/sports/basketball/zach-randolph-PESPT006045.topic">Zach Randolph</a> and rookie Eric Gordon, through free-agent signings, trades and the draft.
