The list: Yoenis Cespedes, Aroldis Chapman, Kenley Jansen, Edwin Encarnacion, Wilson Ramos, Ian Desmond, Justin Turner, Mark Trumbo, Jose Bautista and Josh Reddick…. How important are closers? The Royals are 20-8 since putting closer Wade Davis on the disabled list…. Mets starter Noah Syndergaard tweeted after Tuesday’s 7-4 win over Miami: “Very happy we won, but I want the name and address of the person who started the ‘Wave’ tonight….
