New York Mets Manager Terry Collins stayed overnight in a hospital in Milwaukee after falling ill and leaving the team’s 5-3 loss in the series finale against the Brewers on Sunday.

John Ricco, the Mets’ assistant general manager, said Collins became sick about 45 minutes before the game but gave no specifics on Collins’ symptoms.

Ricco said there wasn’t a high level of concern about Collins’ condition, adding that Collins could be released Monday, when the Mets have a day off.
