The last lead change belonged to Dwyane Wade -- and with it went a victory for the Miami Heat.

Wade scored 28 points, the last two on free throws with 1.5 seconds remaining to give the Heat a 97-95 victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder in a wild back-and-forth game at Miami that featured 38 lead changes and 11 ties.

Chris Bosh scored 16 points and Goran Dragic 14 for the Heat, which survived when Russell Westbrook’s three-point attempt from the right wing bounced off the backboard as time expired.

“That felt like the playoffs,” Wade said. “That was our best game of the year. From start to finish we really executed. We took the individual challenge. They’ve got two of the greatest players in our game and they’ve got a good team so this is our best win of the year.”

Westbrook and Kevin Durant each scored 25 points for the Thunder.

No other NBA game has had more than 25 lead changes this season — and in Wade’s 13-season career with the Heat, no Miami game ever had more than 31.

“My stomach’s in knots,” Heat Coach Erik Spoelstra said. “These guys love it. They love it. This is what you play for. Thursday night, at home, in Miami. The guys don’t even feel the type of anxiety or pressure that we do. It’s excitement for them.”

San Antonio 103, Memphis 83: Kawhi Leonard made a career-high seven of nine three-point shots and scored 27 points to help the Spurs cruise to their seventh victory in eight games. Tony Parker had 17 points, seven rebounds and five assists for the Spurs, who made 10 of 18 three-point attempts. LaMarcus Aldridge scored 18 points and Manu Ginobili 13.

at Portland 123, Indiana 111: Damian Lillard scored 26 points and backcourt partner CJ McCollum scored 21 for the Trail Blazers, who ended the Pacers’ six-game winning streak. The Pacers, who defeated the Clippers on Wednesday at Staples Center, had won four in a row on the road. Mason Plumlee added 12 points and 12 rebounds for the Trail Blazers, who made a season-high 18 three-point shots.

Boston 114, Sacramento 97: Isaiah Thomas tormented his former team, scoring 21 points and leading the Celtics over the Kings at Mexico City in the third NBA regular-season game played in Mexico. Thomas, who played for the Kings from 2011-14, scored all but two of his points in the first half. He made eight of 14 shots overall and had nine assists.
