Stephen Curry likes playing in Toronto, and it shows.

Curry made nine three-pointers and scored 44 points, leading the undefeated Golden State Warriors to a 112-109 victory over the Raptors on Saturday.

Curry was 14 for 24 from the field and nine for 15 from beyond the arc as Golden State pushed its NBA-record start to 21-0. The NBA MVP’s father, Dell, played at Toronto for his final three seasons.

“I have great memories of being here watching my dad play. I got some shots up on that rim for three years every game night,” he said.

According to the Elias Sports Bureau, the win moved Golden State past the St. Louis Maroons of the Union Assn., a predecessor to Major League Baseball, for the best start to a season by a professional sports team.

At 25 consecutive regular-season wins, the Warriors also possess the third-longest streak in NBA history, behind only the 1971-72 Los Angeles Lakers (33) and the 2012-13 Miami Heat (27).

Denver 108, at Philadelphia 105: Danilo Gallinari scored 24 points for the Nuggets, including the go-ahead slam dunk with under a minute remaining.

at Miami 99, Cleveland 84: Dwyane Wade scored 19 points and took the fourth quarter off, Tyler Johnson added 19 more and the Heat had little trouble as the Cavaliers rested LeBron James.

Charlotte 102, at Chicago 96: Nicolas Batum scored 12 of his 24 points in the fourth quarter in the Hornets’ first road game since Nov. 17.

at Houston 120, Sacramento 113: The Rockets won their third in a row, as James Harden scored 31 points and Dwight Howard had 22.

at Milwaukee 106, New York 91: Michael Carter-Williams had 20 points, and the Bucks used a 21-4 run in the third quarter to pull away from the Knicks.

at San Antonio 108, Boston 105: The Spurs improved to 11-0 at home. The Celtics missed their last chance when it threw the ball out of bounds on an attempted full-court inbounds pass to Jared Sullinger.

at Utah 122, Indiana 119 (OT): Derrick Favors converted a three-point play to help send the game to overtime, and added six points in the extra period for the Jazz.
