AFC notes: Raiders’ Derek Carr is the comeback king

Baltimore Ravens: Justin Tucker is 27 for 27 on field-goal tries. His run of 34 in a row over two seasons is tied for the sixth best in NFL history.

Buffalo Bills: Tyrod Taylor leads all quarterbacks with 439 yards rushing. He has run for a touchdown in four of the last five games and has a career-high five.

Cincinnati Bengals: The Bengals will be without receiver A.J. Green (hamstring) and running back Giovani Bernard ( knee) for the second consecutive game.

Cleveland Browns: The Browns have given up 15 sacks over the last two games. Robert Griffin III was cleared to play after suffering a shoulder injury in the opener.

Denver Broncos: Running back Devontae Booker (475 yards) is on pace to become the first rookie to lead the Broncos in rushing since Knowshon Moreno in 2009.

Houston Texans: The Texans have rushed for more than 100 yards in six games in a row. Lamar Miller needs six carries to set a season career high (216).

Indianapolis Colts: Quarterback Andrew Luck is expected to play after sitting out the Colts’ 28-7 Thanksgiving loss to Pittsburgh because of a concussion.

Jacksonville Jaguars: The Jaguars will be without receivers Allen Hurns (hamstring), Rashad Greene ( Achilles’ tendon) and running back Chris Ivory (hamstring).

Kansas City Chiefs: Linebacker Justin Houston is third in the league with 531/2 sacks since 2012. Last week, he had three sacks to go with 10 tackles and a forced fumble.

Miami Dolphins: The Dolphins have won six games in a row. The last time they won seven in a row was in 1985. Miami has trailed in the fourth quarter four times during the streak.

New England Patriots: In seven games, Tom Brady has thrown for 2,201 yards, 18 touchdowns and has had only one pass intercepted, giving him a passer rating of 116.7.

New York Jets: Jets are sticking with Ryan Fitzpatrick after he was 22 of 32 passes for 269 yards with two touchdowns in his return from a sprained knee.

Oakland Raiders: Quarterback Derek Carr led his fifth fourth-quarter comeback this season last week and has earned 10 of his 19 career victories in that fashion.

Pittsburgh Steelers: Le’Veon Bell has topped 100 yards rushing in his last two games. The Steelers are 9-2 when Bell runs for 100 yards or more.

San Diego Chargers: Cornerback Casey Heyward leads the NFL in interceptions (six). Tight end Antonio Gates has had a touchdown catch in three of the last four games.

Tennessee Titans: The Titans released starting cornerback Perrish Cox and replaced him with Kalan Reed, “Mr. Irrelevant,” the final pick of the 2016 draft.
