NFC notes: Eli Manning already has career-high in touchdowns with two games left

Arizona: Cornerbacks Justin Bethel and Jerraud Powers will see more playing time since because safety Tyrann Mathieu is out for the season with a torn ACL.

Atlanta: Julio Jones leads the NFL in catches (118) and the NFC in yards receiving (1,544). Devonta Freeman is tied for most scores among running backs (12).

Carolina: The Panthers had an NFL-best 10 players selected for the Pro Bowl, including Cam Newton. Carolina has won five of its last six meetings with Atlanta.

Chicago: Jay Cutler has won all three of his career starts against the Buccaneers. He’s topped 3,000 yards passing for the seventh time in his career (3,258 yards).

Dallas: Tight end Jason Witten has had at least one catch in 117 straight games, tying him with Hall of Fame receiver Michael Irvin for longest streak in team history.

Detroit: Matthew Stafford has thrown 12 touchdown passes with one interception over the last four games. The Lions have lost nine in a row to the 49ers.

Green Bay: The Packers last played at Arizona in a 2009 wild-card playoff game . The Cardinals won, 51-45, in overtime, the highest-scoring postseason game in history.

Minnesota: Quarterback Teddy Bridgewater is seventh in the NFL in third-down passing with a rating of 104.1, and sixth in overall completion percentage at 66.3.

New Orleans: Drew Brees has passed for 4,000-plus yards in 10 straight seasons, most in NFL history. He had 341 yards passing with three touchdowns last week.

N.Y. Giants: Eli Manning already has set a career high with 32 touchdown passes, which is also tied for third in the league this season . He’s had 11 passes intercepted.

Philadelphia: Linebacker Marcus Smith, a 2014 first-round pick, had a half-sack against Arizona in Week 15 for his first career quarterback takedown.

San Francisco: Receiver Anquan Boldin is one reception away from becoming the 13th player in NFL history with 1,000 career catches. He has 59 catches this season.

Seattle: Russell Wilson is the first QB with three or more TD passes and zero interceptions in five straight games. Seattle hasn’t lost at home to St. Louis since 2004.

St. Louis: Todd Gurley is one of three Rams to rush for 1,000 yards in their his rookie season, joining Hall of Famers Eric Dickerson and Jerome Bettis.

Tampa Bay: Running back Doug Martin is second in NFL in rushing with 1,305 yards, nine yards behind leader Adrian Peterson of the Vikings.

Washington: Redskins receiver DeSean Jackson made his second return to Philadelphia on Saturday. He was a Pro Bowler three times in six seasons with the Eagles.
