Referee Kenny Bayless declares Juan Manuel Marquez the winner after he knocked out Manny Pacquiao in a WBO welterweight fight in Las Vegas. The WBO declared Marquez, who had lost twice to Pacquiao by decision and earned one draw, the "Champion of the Decade."
