A promotion company based sued Lance Armstrong on Thursday, seeking the repayment of $12 million in bonuses that the firm paid Armstrong for winning the Tour de France.
Dallas-based SCA Promotions, which contends it was conned out of the money by Armstrong, filed the suit in a Dallas court.
Armstrong won the Tour de France a record seven times in a row between 1999 and 2005. But he recently admitted to using performance enhancing drugs and the United States Anti-Doping Agency stripped him of his titles in 2012.
