Clippers may get break if Dallas’ Dirk Nowitzki can’t play
The Clippers could get a break against Dallas tonight if Dirk Nowitzki is unable to play.
The Mavericks said Nowitzki, who has a sprained left ankle, is listed as questionable for the game against the Clippers at American Airlines Center, and that his status would be a game-time decision
He was injured two days ago when the Mavericks played the Wizards in Washington.
Nowitzki didn’t take part in Dallas’ shoot-around Friday, but he did ride a stationary bike.
The 16-year veteran is averaging 20.9 points per game this season.
