Olympians Kyla Ross, McKayla Maroney to star in Secret Classic

Kyla Ross of Mission Viejo and McKayla Maroney of Long Beach, both team gold medalists at last summer’s London Olympics for the United States, are expected to be the star attractions at the 2013 Secret Classic on July 27 at the Sears Centre in Hoffman Estates, Ill.

Also expected to perform are 2013 AT&T American Club all-around silver medalist Simone Biles of Spring, Texas, and reigning U.S. junior champion Lexie Priessman of Cincinnati.

The junior field will showcase 46 athletes from 16 states including all five members of the U.S. Junior National Team: Nia Dennis of Westerville, Ohio; Laurie Hernandez of Old Bridge, N.J; Amelia Hundley of Hamilton, Ohio; Bailie Key of Montgomery, Texas; and Polina Shchennikova of Arvada, Colo.
