National signing day: UCLA gets Kenneth Clark, Jayon Brown

UCLA landed two defensive players, defensive tackle Kenneth Clark and linebacker Jayon Brown.

Clark, who is 6 feet 2 and 275 pounds, played at Rialto Carter High School. He is ranked 20th at his position by Scout.com and 24th by Rivals.com. His family won’t have far to go to see him in training camp. The Bruins will pitch tent at Cal State San Bernardino again this August.

Brown, who is 6-1 and 195, played at Long Beach Poly High School. He needs a little more beef but has speed.
