Marshawn Lynch laughs, takes questions at ‘Skittles press conference’

Well, that’s something you don’t see very often.

Seattle Seahawks star running back Marshawn Lynch held a media conference Monday and even took questions -- kind of.

Lynch, also known as “Beast Mode” to his fans, had a short “Skittles press conference,” at which he took fun questions from fake reporters while he snacked on the candy.

One of the questions: “Do you think it would be easier or harder to play football on the moon?”

“Hmm,” Lynch replied, and took a moment to consider. “I think it would be easier.”

Clearly it was a publicity stunt for Skittles -- the brand uploaded the video of the event to YouTube. But Lynch, who is not a fan of speaking to the actual news media, seemed to be enjoying himself and did not balk at any of the questions directed his way.

Any chance that relaxed attitude will last? Tuesday is Super Bowl Media Day, and Lynch will have to deal with real reporters.
