Sasha Vujacic hasn’t played in the NBA since 2011 when he played for the New Jersey Nets.

But the 6-7 guard is finally back on an NBA roster after Vujacic signed a 10-day contract with the Clippers on Monday.

“It’s been different,” Vujacic said before the Clippers’ shoot-around in Denver, as the team prepared for their game against the Nuggets Monday night.

“It’s been tough. That’s in the past and I’m ready to keep moving forward.”

Vujacic, 29, unable to get a job in the NBA, spent the last two seasons playing in Turkey.

He played six-plus seasons with the Lakers and was a part of two NBA championship teams with the Lakers in 2009 and 2010.

Vujacic worked out in Los Angeles rather than go back to Europe and that enabled him to workout for the Clippers about a month ago.

The Clippers have been short-handed at the guard spot since Chris Paul separated his shoulder in a game against Dallas on Jan. 3

“He’s another shooter,” Clippers Coach Doc Rivers said. “We’ll see what he’s got. He could help us. You never know.”
