Watch Seahawks’ Michael Bennett take police bike on postgame joyride

There can't be anything more exhilarating than advancing to a Super Bowl.

Unless it's advancing to back-to-back Super Bowls.

Or doing so by rallying from a 12-point deficit late in the fourth quarter to win in overtime, which is what the Seattle Seahawks did against the Green Bay Packers in the NFC championship game on Sunday.

But apparently none of that provided quite enough thrills for Seahawks defensive end Michael Bennett, who swiped a police bicycle during the postgame celebration and took it on a five-plus minute joyride inside CenturyLink Field that included waves to fans and high fives with cheerleaders.

“I just took it,” Bennett said when asked what the cop said about getting his wheels swiped. “You go to a Super Bowl you can do anything you want in this city.”

That seems to be true. Check out this tweet from the Seattle Police Department:

I guess the Police Department didn't really need the bike right then. Makes sense -- it's not like things ever get out of hand after big sporting events.
