An emotional week for UCLA football players culminates Saturday, when the Bruins face Nebraska in Lincoln.

On Sunday, UCLA receiver Nick Pasquale died when struck by a car. The Bruins have worked through their grief this week, getting ready to play in front of 87,000 rabid Cornhusker fans.

“I don’t know if you can find a more difficult situation, when you combine what happened, and how it affected everyone, and then going into that environment,” UCLA Coach Jim Mora said.

UCLA is ranked 16th and Nebraska 23rd. The Bruins beat the Cornhuskers, 36-30, in the Rose Bowl last season.
