Not a plethora of quotes today, but take a look at a blog on Fabian Moreau’s struggles, a blog on Kenny Clark not struggling at all, and a notebook from Chris Foster.

Also, if you’re a UCLA fan traveling to Texas for the game, I’d love to hear from you. Shoot me an email at everett.cook@latimes.com.

On Texas: “There’s a great talent base there. Every single guy on that roster was one time a four- or five-star national recruit. You see when they click, and they get it right, they’re going to be tough to beat. It’s just a process. As a coach that helped take this program over and where it began and just started anew, there are going to be some bumps in the road. But they are a very talented team that we can not take lightly.”

On AT&T Stadium: “I’ve played it as a player and coached in it as well. I’ve been on both sides, and it’s an amazing architectural feat.”

Offensive coordinator Noel Mazzone

On the offensive line: “I’ve always been an advocate for those front five guys, the longer they play next to each other, the more they kind of getting a feel for their strengths and weaknesses, the calls and all that. This week at practice, I’ve really seen them do a lot better job.”

On the importance of the offensive line against Texas: “It’s important every week of the year. I worry about everybody, I don’t care if it’s St. John Bosco or Texas, I worry about everybody. I think we’re making progress.”
