USC’s 2016 football schedule released

USC’s 2016 football season will open with a challenge, as the Trojans play away from the Coliseum three times in their first four games, including an opener against Alabama in Texas and Pac-12 Conference games at Stanford and Utah.

The Pac-12 Conference released the schedule on Tuesday.

USC will play six home games, including a Thursday night game against California on Oct. 27.

The Trojans play Alabama on Sept. 3 at Arlington, Texas, and then host to Utah State the next week.

USC opens conference play at Stanford on Sept. 17 before traveling to Salt Lake City to play Utah on Friday, Sept. 23.

The schedule also includes home games against Arizona State, Colorado, Oregon and Notre Dame.

Here is the schedule:

Sept. 3 – vs. Alabama @ Arlington, Texas

Sept. 10 – Utah State

Sept. 17 – at Stanford

Sept. 23 (Fri.) – at Utah

Oct. 1 – Arizona State

Oct. 8 – Colorado

Oct. 15 – at Arizona

Oct. 27 (Thurs.) – California

Nov. 5 – Oregon

Nov. 12 – at Washington

Nov. 19 – at UCLA

Nov. 26 – Notre Dame
