USC’s loss to Utah dropped the team off the board to win the College Football Playoff, oddsmakers say.

Before the 24-21 defeat at Utah, USC was 75-1 to win the playoff, according to the betting website Bovada.

The Trojans’ record is 5-3 overall, 4-2 in the Pac-12 Conference.

USC plays at Washington State on Saturday.

Oregon is listed at 7-1 to win the College Football Playoff.

Arizona, Arizona State and UCLA are 75-1. USC plays the Bruins Nov. 22 at the Rose Bowl.

Notre Dame is 18-1 and will play USC in a regular-season finale Nov. 29.
