USC’s JuJu Smith isn’t eligible to make himself available for the NFL draft until after the 2016 season, but the sophomore receiver reportedly is already “generating interest” from NFL scouts, NFL.com reported.

Smith, 6-foot-2 and 215 pounds, was listed among 13 of the top receivers whom NFL scouts will evaluate this season.

Smith was the lone underclassman on the list and Arizona State’s D.J. Foster was the only other Pac-12 player named.

After Nelson Agholor departed for the NFL after the 2014 season, Smith became quarterback Cody Kessler’s go-to receiver during spring practice.

Smith caught 54 passes for 724 yards and five touchdowns last season.
