USC coaches are entering the home stretch of recruiting.

The dead period ends Wednesday and a contact period will run through Jan. 31.

Recruits can sign letters of intent Feb. 4.

Coaches are expected to make in-home visits with commits and recruits during the 17-day span.

USC will host multiple players on official visits this weekend.

Linebacker Porter Gustin from Salem Hills, Utah, and Gardena Serra High linebacker John Houston and defensive lineman Rasheem Green are scheduled to visit.

All are considered USC leans.

Commits scheduled to visit include quarterback Sam Darnold, running back Dominic Davis, receiver De’Quan Hampton, tight end Tyler Petite, cornerback Isaiah Langley and defensive linemen Noah Jefferson, Christian Rector and Jacob Daniel.
