Ian Hunter

The singer/songwriter is best known as the lead singer of Mott the Hoople; his creative, intelligent work in the early '70s set the bar high for future punk rockers. After leaving the band with former Bowie guitarist Mike Ronson, they went on tour and released a solo album in 1975. Ronson and Hunter separated and then reunited in the late '80s and early '90s. The punk rocker turns 71 years old.
