Rising Temperatures May Have Negative Impact on Beer

Even if you don't care about saving the environment, at least think about saving the beer! Global warming's rise in heat may effect the ability to produce your favorite brew. No word on the effects it might have for bathtub gin though.

David Letterman has his own Top Ten list and we've got ours (or at least Nielsen Online does). Their "Top 10 Sustainability Topics of 2007" is up and ready for perusal.

Next time you've got sexy time planned, get some eco-friendly candles instead of the ones that release noxious chemicals when burned. Soy based candles are for lovers.
