1 1/2 ounces Plymouth gin
1 ounce Luxardo bitters
1/4 ounce Punt e Mes
1. Place the gin, bitters and Punt e Mes in a mixing glass or in the tumbler of a shaker with ice. Stir for 15 seconds with a cocktail spoon. Strain into a chilled Old-Fashioned glass and serve either straight up or on the rocks.
