Share

Today, Steam Salon throws its first-ever Love Souk, a bazaar devoted to prepping and preening for V-Day. Steam’s team of stylists will be doling out easy hair and makeup tips, along with $15 10-minute massages, $10 mini-manicures and love readings. You can also prune your to-do list by preordering a bouquet from Floracopia and a box of chocolate heart-shaped cookies from Cake Monkey Bakery. Then comb the racks for a chic, affordable look for a night out or in. Look for Talina Hermann’s marigold and orange tunics and dresses for $40 to $60 (regular price $260 to $300) or $78 Zachary’s Smile rose-colored wool gauze dress (regular $198). Couples can find Zic & Cha Cha his-and-her boxers featuring sushi or pepper prints that are priced $35 and $30 for a pair, respectively; spend more than $90 and get a sexy women’s tank top (regular $40).

Brands on offer include Bumble and Bumble hair care, the Generic Man footwear, Rapz jewelry and Found Denim, along with wares from too-cool-for-school boutiques Mohawk General Store and TenOverSix.
