Slather on the sun block and get ready to rock out (side) in Oceanside when FM94/9 (KBZT-FM) presents SPF/949, a two-stage, seven-band concert event featuring AWOLNATION, The Heavy, Finish Ticket, Jake Bugg, The Wombats, Lucius and The Strumbellas.

“I think it’s a very strong lineup, and to be able to see them all for twenty-five dollars is quite a deal. There’s a lot of buzz about the show,” says Chris Turner, FM94/9 marketing and promotions director. “With the Pacific Ocean and the sand as a backdrop, there’s not a more beautiful spot in the world than that venue as the sun’s going down and you’re listening to live music.”
