Glendale woman arrested for allegedly violating Jeff Goldblum restraining order

A 50-year-old Glendale woman was arrested Friday on charges of violating a restraining order barring her from proximity to actor Jeff Goldblum, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
The suspect, Linda Ransom, is accused of violating an order to stay at least 100 yards from the actor, who appeared in “The Big Chill,” “The Fly” and “Jurassic Park,” the L.A. Times reported.
Security agents detained Ransom near the Ahmanson Theatre on Grand Avenue and flagged down a deputy, who was shown the restraining order, according to the department.
The department said Ransom was booked at the East Los Angeles sheriff’s station and held on $20,000 bail.
